Gregory's team built our patio roof extension and all the things that go with that and he coordinated with our landscape designer seamlessly. Gregory is easy to communicate with and is responsive. We are satisfied with the work that was done and would use him again on other interior or exterior projects.

Gregory is a great communicator and was eager to become involved with our home remodel. We were always able to reach him and nothing was ever left open to interpretation. Emails were clear and easily understood. His design aesthetic leaned more modern than our own so we had to reiterate our desires multiple times so our remodel didn't sway in that direction. Wished the project took less time, it came up on the deadline and we ended up moving in prior to being finished though it was after the promised competition time. All subcontractors were professional and we were especially pleased with the electrician and painter. Overall, we are happy with the quality of work and pleased to have our home to be as beautiful as we envisioned.

Gregory was an excellent contractor to work with. He listened to our plans, had quality workmanship on his team, and helped us to stay within a reasonable budget we had in mind. We fully intend to use his services going forward with all our renno needs. Zero regrets and very satisfied customers!

We have worked alongside Gregory on several projects as our scope is outdoors while Gregory is a home remodeler. On this project, we referred Gregory to our client who wanted to extend their roofline to create a large outdoor patio. Under difficult circumstances and material shortages, Gregory came through for the client and the project was a success. I have never met a client who did not LOVE Gregory. He is honest and works very hard to make his clients happy.

The pandemic quickly revealed that our cozy home was not large enough to accommodate two work from home adults. A friend, one of the reviewers below, recommended Gregory for our home addition project. Gregory is easily accessible and super responsive. He is thorough and amazingly detail-oriented. He works with a great team who are masters at what they do. Gregory has an excellent eye and provides fantastic design recommendations. He isn't the cheapest in town but we believe his work justifies the cost. Above all, Gregory's integrity is beyond reproach. He takes pride in the work he and his team does. We have enjoyed working with Gregory so much that we have continued to add projects. Our home is almost unrecognizable and we could not be more pleased.

We had a major remodel at our home and Go Loudon managed the project very smoothly, making sure we were satisfied with the results. Gregory Loudon is very reliable and considerate. Our home looks great!

Gregory was great at communicating and worked really hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. He helped us with an addition as well as a kitchen update. We managed some of our project on our own and Gregory did a great job working with the vendors we brought in.

We chose Gregory to remodel our master bath room and could not have been more pleased with the results. We found him to be very knowledgable of remodeling trends and design. He worked as a team to ensure product and design decisions were made and we were completely confident in our choices before beginning construction. He stayed on top of things, was receptive to minor tweaks and changes and communicated with us every step of the way.

Gregory handled the renovation on our jack n jill bathroom. He and his crew were efficient, respectful on site, and did a quality job. They actually completed the job 2 weeks earlier than initially quoted - which was great. We used someone in his network for our countertops and they are beautiful. While not on site during most of the work, he was responsive to our calls/texts and came by regularly to check in. When we had an issue with the quality of some of the painting, he had the workers back same if not the next day to correct. His quote wasn't the lowest, but as can be true with contractors, you get what you pay for. We had two miscommunication points during the project which resulted in some quick problem solving in one case (came out fine) and a slight overage in another. Otherwise, very happy with the experience and would (and already have) recommended him.

Gregory and his team were extremely helpful and considerate of the work that needed to be done. We had a bad contractor prior, so Gregory had to REDO some extremely bad work. He gave us a very fair estimate, pulled the appropriate permits, and also spoke with the structural engineer in regards to design. The quality of work is awesome, and if we ran into any snags along the way, Gregory was there to come and evaluate our concerns. We had an overall excellent experience with Gregory and his team, and when my wife and I are ready for our 2nd story add on, he will be the guy that we use!
