Gregory was great at communicating and worked really hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. He helped us with an addition as well as a kitchen update. We managed some of our project on our own and Gregory did a great job working with the vendors we brought in.

We chose Gregory to remodel our master bath room and could not have been more pleased with the results. We found him to be very knowledgable of remodeling trends and design. He worked as a team to ensure product and design decisions were made and we were completely confident in our choices before beginning construction. He stayed on top of things, was receptive to minor tweaks and changes and communicated with us every step of the way.

Gregory handled the renovation on our jack n jill bathroom. He and his crew were efficient, respectful on site, and did a quality job. They actually completed the job 2 weeks earlier than initially quoted - which was great. We used someone in his network for our countertops and they are beautiful. While not on site during most of the work, he was responsive to our calls/texts and came by regularly to check in. When we had an issue with the quality of some of the painting, he had the workers back same if not the next day to correct. His quote wasn't the lowest, but as can be true with contractors, you get what you pay for. We had two miscommunication points during the project which resulted in some quick problem solving in one case (came out fine) and a slight overage in another. Otherwise, very happy with the experience and would (and already have) recommended him.

Gregory and his team were extremely helpful and considerate of the work that needed to be done. We had a bad contractor prior, so Gregory had to REDO some extremely bad work. He gave us a very fair estimate, pulled the appropriate permits, and also spoke with the structural engineer in regards to design. The quality of work is awesome, and if we ran into any snags along the way, Gregory was there to come and evaluate our concerns. We had an overall excellent experience with Gregory and his team, and when my wife and I are ready for our 2nd story add on, he will be the guy that we use!

GOLOUDON is a top notch contractor! We jush finished a master bathroom remodel and Gregory, who is the owner, was extremely professional. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with , as are his workmen who were courteous and skilled. We had a specific budget and timeline and Gregory was able to accommodate both those needs. He sat with us and really listened to what we had envisioned and added his professional advise. He was there to oversee the work as well which was very nice. Our new bathroom is AMAZING! I would highly recommend GOLOUDON. I wish we had more projects to do.

Gregory did a remodel of my master bathroom, which included new flooring, new shower, painting the cabinets, and adding other tile accents in the bathroom. He did an extremely good job and was always professional. He was helpful in advising us on colors and tile selection. Gregory will be the first person I call for any of my future home renovations.

Provided a good product in the agreed time period. Has a extremely friendly demeanor and returns calls and messages promptly. Had great ideas for optimizing space during rebuild. Structural and drywall work was excellent. Tile work in shower was good but tile work on the fireplace required three reworks before acceptable. During last 2 weeks of project, estimates of when workers would be onsite was usually wrong which wasted our time. Warrenty work after project has been quick and of good quality. I would absolutely recommend Greg to others.

Gregory was working on a project close by, and we got his contact information from the sign. We gathered three bids. His bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive, but we went with him because of his calm demeanor, professional presentation, and no high-pressure sale. It was an extensive project, so we moved out of the house during the construction. Since we were out of the house, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity. We ended up gutting almost the entire lower level. Essentially Gregory built a new house, we went from approximately 2500 ft.² to approximately 4500 ft.². The project was not without its challenges as every person will tell you that has ever had significant construction, there are always problems, the difference is in how the contractor handles adversity. This is where his calm demeanor came to be quite reassuring. We did have quite a few issues with rain getting into the construction area. However, everything that was damaged was fixed, and he went above and beyond to repair it at his cost. He handled all requests promptly.
